chore: update deployment targets and module configurations for multiple apps

- Added deployment target selections for auplayx and test run configurations
- Registered 15 new modules in gradle.xml: 2UOB, 88Malaysia, AU99live, Joker9au, aipokies, aud2u26, gem9bet, jkpokies, jl8au, luxegaming, mk99pgk, myklbet, neftsoft, nova9sg, pgk76
- Updated 2U8OB module: changed output name from "xofun88" to "2U8OB" and app name to "2uob"
- Updated 2UOB module: changed application ID, colors, user ID (274→212
