修改多语言配置文件，将 success 统一替换为 placed，并新增 partial_failed 与 refunded 状态，以提升注单管理中的状态表达清晰度。 增强国际化支持，确保多语言间术语一致性，进一步优化后台管理界面的用户体验。

Getting Started
First, run the development server:
npm run dev
# or
yarn dev

pnpm dev
# or
bun dev
Open http://localhost:3801 with your browser to see the result.
You can start editing the page by modifying app/page.tsx. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.
This project uses next/font to automatically optimize and load Geist, a new font family for Vercel.
